Morgen,
ein anderes Xiaomi Gerät habe ich nicht, aber z. B. funktioniert die Freenet App auf meinem Tablet (Android 7?), allerdings auch nur, wenn ich den Nova Launcher benutze. Grundsätzlich scheint da schon ein Zusammenhang mit dem jeweiligen Betriebssytem zu bestehen. Den Freenet Support hatte ich angeschrieben, die sehen kein Problem in ihrer App und Xiaomi hatte ich auch angeschrieben und folgende Info erhalten (ich habe alles bis zum Punkt Backup ohne Erfolg probiert. Da ich weder ein Mi Account habe und die Benachrichtigungen schon von Anfang an nur bei einigen Apps funktioniert hatten, frage ich mich was ein nochmaliges Aufspielen des Betriebssystems bewirken soll):
I would request you to please follow the below-mentioned steps to resolve your issue:
1. Go Settings and then to Apps
2. Go to Manage Apps and Select System Launcher
3. Tap on Clear Data
Then,
1. Go Settings and then to Apps
2. Go to Manage Apps and Select a particular app
3. Tap on Clear Data
Also,
1. Go Settings and then to Apps
2. Go to Permissions and Select Other Permissions
3. Select the app and enable all the permission.
Also, 1. Go to Settings >> Notification and Status Bar >> Enable the Notification
2. Go to Security >> Permissions >> Select Auto-start >> Select the application in which you are facing the issue << enable auto-start
3. Go to Security >> Permission >> Permissions >> Select the particular application >> Enable all the permissions
4. After performing the above steps, restart your device once
If the still issue persists, kindly follow the below-mentioned steps.
Sign Out from your Mi Account:-
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Mi Account
3. Then confirm to Sign Out
Create a Backup:-
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Additional Settings/ Select About Phone
3. Select Backup and Reset
4. Select Local Backups
5. Select Backup
6. Select Accounts and Contacts & select System
7. Then select Backup so that a Backup file could be created
For Finding Backup File:-
1. Go to Internal Storage
2. Select MIUI
3. Select Backup
4. Select All Backup
(Note:- Please save the Backup file on your PC/ Laptop, so that your important data would be prevented)
Factory Data Reset:-
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Additional Settings/ Select About Phone
3. Select Backup and Reset
4. Tap on Factory Data Reset
MIUI update: -
1. Then go to Settings> About phone> System update> Check for update
2. Tap on '...' icon at the top right side/ long press menu button
3. Choose download latest package
4. Once the downloading gets completed click on update and reboot option.
Restoring Data:-
1. Go to Settings
2. Select Additional Settings/ Select About Phone
3. Select Backup and Reset
4. Select Local Backups
5. Select Backup File
6. Select Restore to complete this process
Es scheint ja durchaus mehrere Leute zu geben, die ähnliche Probleme haben. Ich habe bislang nur keine erfolgversprechende Lösung gefunden.
